1. Turn on the machine's total power supply and CRT monitor power supply, and start the machine tool hydraulic system.

3. Check if the position of the machine tool changer and the tool magazine is correct.

3. Move the coordinates of the machine tool to the zero point of the machine and open it to a safe position, in case it is ready to return to the reference point at the next startup.

4. Turn the manual feed trimming and rapid feed trim switch to zero to prevent the machine from moving due to misoperation.
